Production Cell for Making IC Engine Valve Forgings

Two Twin spindle Upsetters on either sides of Servo Press with auto load and transfer

This operator friendly Production Cell will produce Valve forgings on fully automated cycle. It consists, Two Twin spindle Upsetters on either sides of Servo Press with auto load and transfer. There are two separate loading systems, and one unloader for each Twin Upsetter. The loading on the two Usetters is staggered by half the cycle time. The loader/ unloader does not clutter the work area.
