ETA has successfully commissioned a 40Ton Sliding headstock friction welding machine and a Two axis CNC flash turning machine along with a robot to automatically load components and unload the finished part on to a conveyor at Ford Otosan in Turkey.
Two Twin head 15Ton friction welding machines are ready for despatch to Tirsan Kardan, Turkey for welding of propeller shafts. These machines can weld jobs of dia. up to 4” and length from 12” to 60”.

Delphi, Brazil has ordered a Twin head 20Ton friction welding machine and it is expected to be delivered in November 2008.

Wipro, Finland has ordered a 150Ton friction welding machine and the delivery will be in Oct 2008. It is meant for welding of piston rods to rod-eyes of hydraulic cylinders.
One more machine of same capacity is being built for Sundaram Hydraulics for their Chennai plant.
